Easy Keto Baked Salmon
This easy keto baked salmon is perfect for busy weeknight dinners or for a gourmet keto dinner on the weekend. A must have easy recipe for you weekly keto meal plan.
- 2 lbs Salmon
- 8 oz Butter
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Lemon
- 1/2 Orange
- Himalayan Pink Salt
- Black Pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Coat the bottom of a large baking dish with 1 tbsp olive oil.
Place the salmon into the baking dish, skin side down.
Drizzle the remaining tbsp of olive oil over the top of the salmon.
Season the salmon with salt & pepper.
Divide the butter into small equal portions and place spread out over the top of the salmon.
Slice the lemon and orange and layer over the salmon.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
